Matthew Carothers, 24, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed May. He was ordered to pay $343.50 in fines and court costs.
Brandi Clutter, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed April 28. She was ordered to pay $288.50 in fines and court costs.
Mark Dellen, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed April 4.
Crystal Kennedy, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks filed April 18.
Quinn Lucero, 20, of Kittanning waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed May 19.
Kelli Mitchell, 43, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road and illegally passing another vehicle, filed April 11.
Lea Myers, 42, of Butler waived to court a charge of DUI filed April 12.
Michael Olson, 26, of Renfrew waived to court charges of illegal sale or transfer of a firearm and unsworn falsification to authorities, filed April 24.
Robert Plyler, 36, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks filed April 18. He was ordered to pay $689.99 in fines, courts costs and restitution.
Kathryn Puhl, 31, of Kittanning was held for court on charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed May 19.
Roy Reed, 35, of Butler waived to court a charge of bad checks filed Aug. 31.

She was ordered to pay $283 in fines and court costs.Matthew Gold, 22, of Fenelton waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and a lane violation, filed March 11.Jeremy Grey, 23, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed April 6. EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Daniel Brice Patterson, 41, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, driving without a license and failure to notify of change of address.Glenn Alan Flory, 39, of New Castle waived his case to court. He was charged May 3 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.Shawn Eric Harper, 33, of Ellwood City, waived his case to court. He was charged March 23 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, limitations of driving on the left side of the road and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Amy L. Bartlett, 31, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged May 18 by the Evans City police with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Daniel Radanovich, 54, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 21 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, fleeing or attempting to elude officers, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and careless driving.Margaret G. Capra, 42, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged May 1 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Edwin C. Weingartner, 26, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged April 12 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to drive at safe speeds, careless driving and failure to use a safety belt.
