CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Sandra Carlson-Fockler, 39, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless driving, careless driving, speeding, a stop sign violation and driving with improper tires, filed Aug. 31.

Rebecca D. Ellenberger, 21, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Nov. 29.

Logan Huebner, 30, of Coshocton, Ohio, waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a small amount of marijuana and careless driving, filed Dec. 7.

Steven M. Kennedy, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed Dec. 7.

Brittany Kimmel, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system and a lane violation, filed Dec. 5. She was 20 years old — a minor — when the offense occurred.

Karl Narad Jr., 19, of Cheswick, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Nov. 9.

Marc Stonebraker, 22, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, waived to court a charge of theft, filed Dec. 7.

Stanley Weibel, 43, of Parker was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with an improper license, illegal use of a license plate, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Oct. 19.

Ehrmentrout, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, disorderly conduct, careless driving and a parking violation, filed Nov. 17 by state police.Glynis R. Griffith, 48, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, a lane violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 14 by state police.Ronald M. Mego, 47, of Sarver waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 9 by Buffalo Township police.Joshua D. Shelton, 24, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed Nov. 9 by Buffalo Township police.Alexander C. Vazquez, 22, of Sarver waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 9 by Buffalo Township police.
