8:03 p.m. Thursday — Brian Nicholas Barish, 29, and Cara L. Thompson, 21, both of Butler, were charged with one count each of simple assault and harassment following a domestic disturbance at 322 N. Monroe St. Barish and Thompson each suffered minor injuries in the altercation.4:30 p.m. Tuesday — A car owned by Stephanie L. Anderson of Butler was hit by a hit-and-run vehicle on West New Castle Street near Broad Street.Jan. 29 — Mark Churilla, 46, of Glenshaw was charged with theft of leased property after he allegedly failed to return items from Kenmac Rentals and Sales in Butler rented on Oct. 3 and Oct. 13. The value of the items is estimated at $8,172.84.

9:30 a.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by Teresa Coleman, 47, of Butler crashed into a tree on Greenwood Drive near Route 422. Coleman suffered head and leg injuries and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital. She was charged with driving during suspension, driver without a license and several other traffic violations.

6 a.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Chase N. Brown, 23, of Karns City crashed and rolled onto its roof on Oneida Valley Road in Washington Township. Brown was wearing a seat belt and no injuries were reported.4:07 p.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Jennifer Lee Ott, 34, of Renfrew and a car driven by David Fish, 36, of Butler collided on Route 68 near Eberhart Road in Butler Township. Ott and passengers Michael Zehmisch, 30, and Bryan Carosi, 19, both of Butler, as well as Fish and a passenger John Hays, 52, of Butler were wearing seat belts and were not injured. Ott was charged with running a red light and driving with a suspended license.2 p.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Joseph I. Mashensic, 19, of Clarendon crashed and rolled onto its side along Interstate 79 in Worth Township. Mashensic was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.3:45 p.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Ray Sanders, 62, of Chicora crashed into a tree along Center Drive in Oakland Township. Sanders was not wearing a seat belt and suffered minor injuries.10:15 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Brian L. Saylor, 23, of Chicora crashed on Chicora Road in Fairview Township. Saylor was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. He was cited for driving on roads laned for traffic.12:09 a.m. Feb. 17 — A pickup truck driven by Eugene J. Schwemmer, 46, of Valencia crashed into an embankment on Browns Hill Road in Middlesex Township. Schwemmer was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. He was charged with driving under the influence and other traffic violations.7:30 p.m. Jan 27 — Alycia Marie LaBarbera, 21, and Stanley John Martucci, 21, both of Parker, are wanted in connection with a theft at a residence on Hook City Road in Parker. They fled in a green Suzuki Sidekick with Pennsylvania plates GTL-5121. Anyone with information on their location should call police at 724-284-8100.

5:45 p.m. Friday — A car driven by Kelly Ferguson, 46, of Lewistown crashed into a guard rail on Interstate 80 in Clinton Township, Venango County. Ferguson and a passenger, Terrance L. Ferguson, 48, also of Lewistown, were not injured.

2:44 p.m. Friday — A double tractor trailer driven by Dimitar K. Paliyski of Chicago crashed and flipped over on Interstate 80 in Wolf Creek Township. Paliyski was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.

12:40 p.m. Feb. 22 — A pickup truck driven by James Rominiski, Jr., 19, of New Bethlehem crashed into a house on Route 861 in Madison Township. Rominiski and passenger Carmen Crissman, 18, of Rimersburg, were wearing seat belts and were not injured.
