5:21 p.m. Saturday — Ann Eleanor Lucas, 58, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence after her car struck a pickup truck parked on Franklin Street. Lucas is charged with DUI and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle. Nicholas McCloskey of Butler owns the pickup.Saturday — The windows of two cars were broken overnight in separate acts of vandalism. Police said Eric Scuoteguazzo's car was vandalized at his East Franklin Street home; Deborah Bowser's car was vandalized at her Third Street home.Friday — Elycia Fischer told police a portable DVDplayer and several compact discs were taken overnight from an unlocked vehicle at their Pleasantview Avenue home. The stolen property is valued at $400.Butler Twp Police8:10 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Jessica Torney, 22, of Butler struck an embankment and hit a utility pole along Freeport Road. The crash sheared off the pole and closed the road for a short time.

7:45 a. m. Monday — Asport utility vehicle driven by Kathleen Monahan, 62, of Zelienople struck a deer on Route 68 in Connoquenessing Township. Monahan, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered minor injuries.7:08 a.m. Monday — An SUVdriven by Rose Haberchak, 61, of Apollo, Armstrong County, and a car driven by Sherry Brown, 49, of Valencia collided at Route 356 and Hannahstown Road in Jefferson Township. Both drivers, wearing seat belts, suffered minor injuries.6:15 a.m. Monday — Acar driven by James Stundon, 24, of Slippery Rock struck a utility pole along Route 173 in Brady Township. Stundon told police the crash occurred when he swerved his car to avoid a rabbit on the road.2:08 a.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by Matthew Wilcox of Ontario, Canada, swerved to avoid a deer on Interstate 79 in Muddy Creek Township, crossing the median and going off the road before overturning. Wilcox and his passenger, Ian DeLong, were wearing seat belts and were not injured.6:10 p.m. Sunday — Police are seeking an unknown driver who crashed a vehicle into a yard on West Brewster Road in Center Township. The driver drove away after the crash. Robert Hays owns the property.9:35 p.m. Sunday — A vehicle driven by Chad Wellman, 25, of Sharpsville struck a deer on Interstate 79 in Jackson Township. Wellman and his passenger, Melissa Diefenderfer, 25, of Sharon were wearing seat belts and were not injured.Sunday — Wayne Graham III, 28, was arrested for allegedly assaulting Jeanette Kudamik during a domestic dispute about 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the couple's Old Route 422 home in Clearfield Township.Graham is also accused of threatening to kill Kudamik and preventing her from leaving their mobile home. She was able to leave the home Sunday, and she went to her parents' home, where she called authorities.Police later that day arrested the defendant, who is charged with terroristic threats, unlawful restraint, simple assault, harassment and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is in the Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bond.Sunday — Someone stole a bottle with 10 pills of Oxycodone, worth $60, from the upstairs bedroom at the unlocked residence of William Ringler, 35, at 953 Keister Road in Slippery Rock Township between 6 and 9:30 p.m. Anyone with information about the theft should call police at 724-284-8100.1:59 a.m. Sunday — Robert K. Henry, 39, of Chicora was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and Butler County bench warrants following a traffic stop and foot chase on West Slippery Rock Road in Chicora. Henry was placed in Butler County Prison on the bench warrants.11:50 p.m. Saturday — A car driven by John Eppinger of Butler struck a deer on Route 8 in Penn Township. Eppinger was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.

5:39 p.m. Monday — Amini-van driven by Deborah Shumaker, 27, of Grove City struck a deer on Route 58 in Delaware Township, Mercer County.5:11 a.m. Oct. 22 — David Richard Walsh, 27, of Grove City was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Amsterdam Road in Springfield Township, Mercer County.Nov. 7 — Robert Shaffer, 23, of Mercer was charged with passing seven bad checks totaling more than $700 to Joe's Service Station on Perry Highway in Volant between Sept. 27 and Oct. 6.

10 p.m. Sunday — Ronald Keith, 35, of Fenelton was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Main Street.Midnight Sunday — James Boris, 18, of Saxonburg was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, open container of alcohol and underage drinking following a traffic stop on Main Street. Boris' passenger, a 17-year-old Sarver male, was arrested for underage drinking.6:30 p.m. Saturday — Jill Cambell, 41, of Sarver was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving under suspension, having no insurance and a stop sign violation following a traffic stop on Isabella Street.Midnight Saturday — Andrew Bozzo, 37, of Saxonburg was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Pittsburgh Street.
