CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Carl Beck Jr., 27, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, conspiracy and harassment, filed March 20.
Derek Bone, 22, of Erie waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Jan. 2.
Nicholas C. Feitl, 20, of Boyers pleaded guilty to charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, speeding and driving with illegally tinted windows, filed Feb. 1. Feitl was ordered to pay $936.50 in fines and court costs.
Jason P. Ferraro, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Jan. 12. Ferraro, in a separate case Feb. 24, also waived charges of simple assault and harassment.
Adams J. Geibel, 18, of Butler was held for court on charges of ethnic intimidation, simple assault, harassment, criminal mischief and underage drinking, filed Feb. 2.
Christopher R. Jolly, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance, underage drinking, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Nov. 27.
Jeffrey Riggs, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and not using low beams, filed Feb. 8.
Richard Safranek, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, conspiracy and harassment, filed March 20.
Joshua Daniel Stutz, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 20. Stutz was ordered to pay $446.50 in fines and court costs.
Deborah D. Young, 39, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, child endangerment, driving with a suspended registration, driving without registration and without insurance, driving without inspection, and two counts of reckless endangerment, filed Jan. 3.
John T. Young, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 20. Young was ordered to pay $756.50 in fines and court costs.
SLIPPERY ROCK — This case was recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Chad Alan Zboran, 20, of Kittanning waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and stalking filed April 4 by state police.
