BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell recently heard these cases:

Dwayne K. Cooper, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving on the right side of the road, filed Oct. 14 by Butler Township police.

Kristen L. Deal, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 10 by state police.

Wesley M. Gibson Jr., 30, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police. Gibson was sentenced to pay $846.50 in fines and court costs.

Rhonda L. Houston, 41, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police. Houston was sentenced to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.

David D. Hughes, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and failure to obey stop and yield signs, filed Oct. 16 by state police.

Jill M. Jancse, 25, of Portersville pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 9 by Butler Township police. Jancse was sentenced to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.

Alan P. Naidus, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Sept. 5 by Butler Township police.

Daniel F. Riemenschneider, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, filed Oct. 30 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Kevin S. Robinson, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the right side of the road and driving on roads laned for traffic, filed Oct. 6 by Butler Township police.

Douglas A. Sillex, 22, of Walkersville, Md., waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Sept. 26 by state police.

George E. Smith, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 6 by Butler Township police.

Saundra A. Stone, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the right side of the road, driving on roads laned for traffic and careless driving, filed Sept. 10 by state police.

Brian T. Welch, 31, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 20 by Butler Township police. Welch was sentenced to pay $446.50 in fines and court costs.

Paul R. Werner, 58, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Oct. 6 by state police.

Joseph B. Yartz, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 5 by Butler Township police.

William M. Zavidny, 22, of Butler was held for court on charges of criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 3 by Butler Township police.

Samantha Fallecker, 22, of Mayport, Pa., pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed Oct. 21 by Butler Township police. Fallecker was sentenced to pay $541.50 in fines and court costs.

Jeremy Thomas Fisher, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of fleeing from police, driving under the influence, driving under suspension DUIrelated, operation on streets and highways (ATV), operation in a safe manner, registration of snowmobile or ATV and lack of liability insurance, filed June 9 by Butler Township police.

George T. Huselton Jr., 65, of Butler waived to court a charge of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 15 by Butler Township police.

Adam Charles Klimkowski, 24, of Freedom waived to court charges of theft by deception, retail theft and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 14 by Butler Township police.

Deborah K. Krivak, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 13 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.

Scott Francis Martin, 19, of Fenelton waived to court a charge of theft by unlawful taking, filed Oct. 6 by Butler Township police.

William George Miller, 23, of Parker waived to court charges of retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 9 by Butler Township police.

Rayne Mitchel Stoughton, 18, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Oct. 10 by Butler Township police. Stoughton was sentenced to pay $441.50 in fines and court costs.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these court cases:Darnell Anthony Wofford, 40, of Pittsburgh waived to court two charges of fraudulent vehicle title/certificate and one count each of fraudulant use/removal of a registration plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, improper license plate, obscured license plate, misuse of a registration card and improper class of license, filed Sept. 17 by Cranberry Township police.Joseph Bennett Nelson, 26, of Cranberry Township waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and disregard of traffic lane, filed Oct. 8 by Cranberry Township police.Robin R. Reese, 18, Ambridge, Beaver County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 26 by Cranberry Township police.Christina M. Johnson, 23, of Cranberry Township was held for court on three counts of use/possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 3 by Cranberry Township police.Jacob E. Casto, 19, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 3 by Cranberry Township police.Tammi Ann Sherman, 35, of Cranberry Township was held for court on a charge of smelling/inhaling toxic releasing substances, filed Oct. 3 by Cranberry Township police.Robert Leonard Milbert, 18, of Evans City waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 3 by Cranberry Township police.Lynnea M. Bailey, 32, of Evans City was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, operating a vehicle with insurance and disregard of traffic lane, filed Sept. 26 by Cranberry Township police.
