CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by the state police:

Brian K. Arblaster, 32, of Boyers waived to court a charge of arson, filed Jan. 15.

Cynthia Barnhart, 43, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 23.

Amanda Sue Dittmer, 23, of East Butler waived to court a charge of resisting arrest, filed Jan. 31.

Scott D. Dodd, 36, of Bruin waived to court charges of trespass, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Jan. 31.

Brent Dunmire, 51, of Petrolia waived to court charges of DUI and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Dec. 30.

Andrew L. Perry, 27, of Prospect waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance, filed Jan. 6.

Eric M. Phipps, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving, failing to stop and render aid after an accident, hit and run and failing to immediately notify police of an accident, filed Jan. 6.

Joseph Reed, 31, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Jan. 31. Reed was ordered to pay $782 in fines and court costs.
