CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Joseph Criley, 23, of Chicora waived to court a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 2.

George Deakings, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Aug. 31.

Anthony W. Degenes, 46, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 20.
