EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Mark Daniel Bochicchio, 30, of Glenshaw waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 21 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.

Megan Lynn McAfee, 22, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 4 by the Jackson Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert E. Hilliard, 47, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 10 by the Adams Township police with accidents involving personal injury, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, failure to stop at a red signal, improperly displaying a license plate, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and driving without a license.

Timothy A. Klanica, 37, of Freeport waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 10 by the Jackson Township police with forgery, unsworn falsification to authorities, operating a vehicle without insurance and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection.

Erik Kent Dubois, 20, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol by a minor, passing where prohibited, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.

Lynnea M. Bailey, 31, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 26 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and driving with no rear lights.

Thomas J. Farbacher, 39, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 24 by the Adams Township police with three counts each of simple assault and harassment, six counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

Richel Lori Stowell, 45, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 13 by the Evans City police with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment and simple assault.
