SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Stephan Boyd, 28, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, making an illegal turn and careless driving, filed Sept. 11 by state police.

Kenneth Cousins, 33, of Kittanning waived to court charges of DUI, a stop sign violation, careless driving and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Kimberly Faber, 29, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Dominic Febbraio, 21, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving and a lighting violation, filed Sept. 11 by state police.

Mary Fotheringham, 52, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of access device fraud, forgery and theft, filed Nov. 5 by state police.

Brett Hartshorn, 27, of Sarver waived to court 12 counts each of burglary and trespass, 10 counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, three counts of attempted burglary and one count of criminal mischief, filed in separate complaints Nov. 2 and 25 by state police.

Arthur Kearns, 78, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of criminal mischief, conspiracy and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 18 by Penn Township police.

Philip Kearns, 23, of Renfrew was held for court on charges of criminal mischief, conspiracy and disorderly conduct, filed Sept. 18 by Penn Township police.

Kristen Leroy, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, a lane violation, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Aug. 31 by state police.

Leila Ripoll, 29, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass and theft, filed Aug. 17 by state police. Ripoll, in a separate case, waived to court 14 counts of access device fraud and charges of conspiracy and theft from a vehicle, filed Nov. 25 by state police.

James Schmittlein, 35, of Valencia waived to court charges of DUI, filed Sept. 29 by Middlesex Township police.

CRANBERRY TWP — Senior District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Jacklyn J. Rechel, 61, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol.Lindsay Shari Wright, 22, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 25 with theft by deception and receiving stolen property.Joseph Francis Banachoski, 20, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 30 with criminal conspiracy.

EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Randall W. Bittel, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 7 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, recklessly endangering another person, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and reckless driving.William C. Matthews, 49, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Nov. 4 by Evans City police with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct.Joan M. Solari, 62, of Lyndora waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 13 by Adams Township police with careless driving and disorderly conduct.Thomas Stephan Phillips, 38, of Gibsonia had his case held for court. He was charged Oct. 21 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Chelsea Joy Bauman, 22, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 5 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.William T. Norris, 46, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 14 by Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
