EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Donald Charles Ruby, 46, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged April 19 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right, approaching an intersection improperly, disregard of traffic lane and failure to yield to an emergency medical services vehicle.

Justin Lee Herp, 27, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 3 by the state police with recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Carl Jason Capone, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.Mary M. Machado, 36, of Indiana, Pa., waived her case to court. She was charged May 2, 2005, by the Cranberry Township police with altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, driving an unregistered vehicle, fraudulent use/removal of registration plate, operating a vehicle without insurance, driving while license is suspended and driving without a license.John Cummings, 24, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged April 12 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and inducing a minor to buy liquor.David Jay Burns, 49, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 25 by the Butler County Detectives with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession with the intent to deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Phillip Joseph Miller, 29, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving, driving an unregistered vehicle, displaying a license plate improperly, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without proper inspection and disregard of traffic lane.Robert Good, 67, of Zelienople had his case held to court. He was charged March 29 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.James Franklin Weidman, 49, of Newmanstown waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, not using low beams and careless driving.Eileen Mayumi Bellows, 31, of Trafford waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 7 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Joshua Young, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief filed May 8 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $377.09 in fines, restitution and costs.David Starr, 42, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed May 10 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $175 in fines and costs.Paul Starr, 71, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment filed May 10 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $175 in fines and costs.Aaron Jones, 24, of Monroeville waived to court a charge of bad checks filed March 24 by Butler Township police. He also waived charges filed at the same time of theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and bad checks.Wendy Barricella, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and public drunkenness filed April 17 by Butler Township police.Richard Graham, 24, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving a vehicle at an unsafe speed, and failing to follow traffic control devices filed April 10 by the Butler Township police.Douglas Johnston, 43, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct filed April 10 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay fines and costs of $543.50.

SAXONBURG — District Judge Joe O'Donnell recently heard these cases in District Judge Sue Haggery's court:Eric Murray, 25, of Cabot waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving at an unsafe speed filed by state police March 7.Scott Pittman, 24, of Valencia was held for court on charges of criminal trespassing, simple assault, and criminal mischief filed by Middlesex Township Police May 13.Brian Riggs, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of possession of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia filed May 5. He was fined $438.50.Sidney Haas, 57, of Sarver was held for court on charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct filed by the Butler County Sheriff Department April 27.

CHICORA — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Lewis Stoughton:David E. Christy, 42, of Bruin waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not driving on the right side of the road, careless driving and failing to use restraint systems, filed Feb. 19 by state police.Harry D. Goldinger, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, not driving a vehicle at a safe speed and careless driving, filed April 3 by state police.David A. Butler, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, improper registration and certificate of title and not having insurance, filed April 27 by state police.Christopher A. Gratzinger, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, criminal conspiracy and receiving stolen property, filed April by state police.Megan L. Simpson, 19, of East Brady waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of vehicle, filed May 20 by state police.Rodney L. Unverzagt, 45, of Hilliards pleaded guilty to a harassment charge, filed April 12 by state police. He was ordered to pay $188 in fines and court costs.Brian S. Nicklas, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and not driving a vehicle at a safe speed, filed Feb. 24 by state police.Tomika J. Daniel, 28, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, forgery, identity theft and receiving stolen property, filed Sept. 12, 2004, by state police.Steven S. Defelice Jr., 20, of Lyndora waived to court charges of robbery, simple assault, theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 15 by state police.Christopher M. Miller, 19, of Chicora waived to court charges of intimidation of a witness, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, filed May 7 by state police.William F. Mellish, 34, of East Butler was held to court on charges of aggravated assault, driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, driving under suspension, not driving on the right side of the road, careless driving, making false reports and failing to use restraint systems, filed May 18 by state police.
