Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police departments and magisterial district courts:
Adams Twp
June 9 — Hannah Grace Campbell, 18, of Cranberry Township, was charged with a misdemeanor driving under the influence and a minor prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system after she allegedly crashed a vehicle through a fence and into a ditch along Longbow Lane.
Butler City
July 13 — Aaron M. King, 39, of Butler, was charged with simple assault for allegedly striking a woman’s head against a wall at an East Locust Street residence.
July 8 — Nicole T. Finucan, 37, of Butler, was charged with possession of suspected heroin and crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia after she was taken into custody for a warrant issued by the county Sheriff’s Office.
June 1 — Rodger E. Shelatree Jr., 32, of Butler, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, failing to stop at a stop sign and other charges following a traffic stop on East Brady Street.
Butler Twp
June 19 — Juan Antonio Cardenas, 28, of Butler, was charged with fleeing police, possession of drug paraphernalia and 10 summary violations. Police said the allegedly fled on a bicycle after an officer tried to pull him over on Hansen Avenue to give him a verbal warning about riding without lights.
July 12 — William Reges, 69, of Butler, was flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh after losing control of his motorcycle on Route 422 and sliding into a grass median.
July 1 — Brandy L. Lane, 34, of Sarver, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after she allegedly was found passed out on the floor of a hotel bathroom. Police found a drug pipe and a spoon with suspected heroin on it in the room.
July 15 — Kaylee Morin, 19, of Butler, and Douglas Morin Sr., 56, of Butler, were cited for harassment following an altercation at a residence on Whitestown Road. Both had minor injuries, but refused medical treatment, police said.
July 15 — Holly Tweed, 37, of Butler, was charged with retail theft for allegedly trying to steal $291 in merchandise from Walmart.
State police, Butler
Jan. 20 — Rachel J. Bridge, 22, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and several summary traffic violations following a multiple vehicle crash on South Main Street in Slippery Rock.
June 17 — Jeremy J. Stenzel, 25, of East Brady, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and two summary traffic violations following a traffic stop for allegedly speeding on East Slippery Rock Road in Chicora.
May 29 — Tyler Newton, 20, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI, speeding and purchasing alcohol by a minor after he was pulled over for allegedly speeding on Route 8 in Butler Township.
