Mary Esther Fudoli

Mary Esther Fudoli, 91, formerly of Newhaven Court in Center Township, died Wednesday evening at Sunnyview Home.

Born in Gary, Ind., Jan. 19, 1915, she was the daughter of Samuel and Anna Grennek.

She was a homemaker and had been a volunteer at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Fudoli was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church. She also was a member and former secretary of the 55 & Alive group of the church.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Donald "Dutch" (Frances) Angeloni and Mrs. Veto (Janet) Codispot, both of Butler; three brothers, Jack and Andy Grennek, both of Butler, and Stephen Grennek of New Castle; and four sisters, Mrs. Anna Ordy of Butler, Mrs. Alice D'Amato of Richmond, Va., and Mrs. Larry (Sophie) McCandless and Mrs. Richard (Helen) Daller, both of Butler. Also surviving are five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Her husband of 71 years, Vincent James Fudoli, died May 12, 2006. Two brothers and a sister also preceded her in death.

<B>FUDOLI </B>— Friends of Mary Esther Fudoli, who died Wednesday,May 24, 2006, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the <B>martin Funeral Home</B>, 429 Center Ave. A Mass or Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael Roman Catholic Church, Center Avenue, with the Rev. James Dolan officiating. Entombment will be in the Chapel of Devotion Mausoleum at Butler CountyMemorial Park, Butler Township.The bereavement group of St. Michael Parish will hold a scriptural wake service at 3 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
