Christ's Outreach Christ's Outreach Church is seeking bakers for the bake sale to be held Tuesday at the church gymnasium, 120 Walker Ave.Proceeds will benefit children's ministries. Christ, Prince of Peace ChurchChrist, Prince of Peace Church, Fourth Avenue and Eighth Street, Ford City, will host a Steinway piano recital at 2 p.m. Sunday. The recital will feature selections by Andrew Motyka, director of music for the parish. The concert is open to the public, and an offering will be taken.

Covenant PresbyterianCovenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St., will celebrate the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper during the morning worship service Sunday."The Nativity Story" will be shown and discussed at 6 p.m. Saturday in the assembly room. First Baptist First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St., will be among congregations participating Monday in the annual Thanksgiving service and dinner sponsored by the Association of Independent Baptist Church of Western Pennsylvania. The event, scheduled for Union Baptist Church in Kittanning, will begin at 3 p.m. with Dr. Ralph Colas as speaker. He will lead a question-and-answer session at 4:30 p.m. The dinner is set for 6:30, followed by a 7:30 service led by Dr. Colas.

First Baptist Church of Evans City First Baptist Church of Evans City will hold Games without Ghouls from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday at the church, 242 S. Washington St.The church will observe the Lord's Supper Sunday and hold a special time of prayer for the country and the election.The Concerned Women for Missions meeting will be held at 7 p.m. Nov. 6.
