Golden Eagles fall in double overtime

Ryan King scored 19 points to lead the Grove City boys basketball team, but it was Iroquois that came away with a 52-50, double-overtime victory Tuesday.

King missed the first of two free throws with 0.4 seconds remaining in the second overtime, then purposely missed the second, but the Eagles were unable to grab the rebound.

Jordan Fee added 10 points for Grove City (2-1).
