SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Tammy L. Berkheimer, 39, of Marysville, Perry County, waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and illegally passing an emergency response area, filed June 2 by Middlesex Township police.
William E. Berry, 36, of Kittanning pleaded guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 5 by state police.
Jeffrey M. Blair, 29, of Sarver was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and improper use of high beams, filed May 25 by Saxonburg police.
Jeffrey L. Brozenick, 44, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, a turning violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 1 by state police.
Ronald W. Dietrich, 45, of Butler waived to court charges of terroristic threats and harassment, filed May 3 by state police.
David Fields, 37, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road and careless driving, filed May 28 by Saxonburg police.
Joseph L. Grantham, 21, of Lyndora waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 23 by state police.
Amanda Mellish, 19, of East Butler was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed May 20 by Penn Township police.
Rory R. Rieger, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed April 8 by the Butler County Drug Task Force. Rieger was ordered to pay $345.50 in fines and court costs.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Brian K. Arblaster, 31, of Boyers waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, driving too fast for conditions and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed May 22.Dee Ann Cross, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed May 13.John W. Cumpston, 52, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed March 31. Cumpston was ordered to pay $190.50 in fines and court costs.Benjamin Davidson, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed March 22. Davidson was ordered to pay $466.85 in restitution, fines and court costs.James H. Evans, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and speeding, filed June 19.Christina M. Johnson, 23, of Butler waived to court two counts of forgery, 19 counts each of identity theft and access device fraud, and a theft charge, filed June 24. In a separate case, filed June 10, Johnson waived a retail theft charge.Tonya E. Roxberry, 40, of Petrolia waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and two counts of reckless endangerment, filed May 13.
SLIPPERY ROCK— These following cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Christopher Donald Gaiser, 25, of Prospect waived to court charges of burglary, criminal mischief and possession of instruments of a crime filed June 11 by state police.Sierra Roseann Duncan, 23, of New Castle waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver. Charges were filed June 10 by Butler County Det. Terry Brown. Duncan also pleaded guilty to a separate set of charges, including possession of a controlled substance and falsely incriminating another person filed June 3 by state police. Bail was set at $1,500.Christopher Lee Legas, 32, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of criminal conspiracy, possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. Charges were filed June 10 by Butler County Det. Terry Brown.Dena Michelle Demello, 33, of Charlotte, Mich., pleaded guilty to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed June 3 by state police. Bond was set at $5,000.Michael Swinker, 21, of Beaver waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed June 2 by state police.Christopher Michael Krivoniak, 26, of Pittsburgh waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed May 15 by Slippery Rock police.Paul Long Favers, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed May 14 by state police.Donna Marie Hamby, 43, of Slippery Rock waived to court two counts of driving under the influence filed April 9 by state police.Derek Anthony Ioli, 25, of Aliquippa was held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession with the intent to deliver. Charges were filed Aug. 16, 2005, by state police. He was released on his own recognizance.
