EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Benjamin William Roberts, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 19 by the state police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nicholas William Schwenke, 18, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 4 by Evans City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and careless driving.
Devin Matthew Lutz, 19, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 20 by Jackson Township police with conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to receive stolen property, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Brandon Magerl, 21, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 20 by Jackson Township police with conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to receive stolen property, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Robert C. Miller, 31, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 16 by Evans City police with making a false report falsely incriminating another.
CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Kela L. Hannon, no age available, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 7 by Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.Darren William Getty, 35, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 6 by township police with two counts of simple assault, making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.Ryan Edward Sicard, 22, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Justin M. Davis, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 24 by township police with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content between .10 and .16.Brandon Suba, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by township police with possession of a controlled substance.Frank J. Carlini, 26, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 20 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft.David S. Little, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged March 16 by township police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and manufacture/delivery/pos-session of a controlled substance.David waived another case to court. He was charged June 17 by township police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and manufacture/delivery/pos-session of a controlled substance.
SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were heard Tuesday by District Justice Clifford Woessner:Ronald William Steighner Jr., 19, of West Holyoke Road waived his case to court. Steighner is charged with driving under the influence, an improper stop and possession of drug paraphernalia. A state police officer on July 25 saw a car driven by Steighner stop on Route 422 where there was no stop sign, then proceed. He stopped the car near Route 488. Steighner is free on personal recognizance. A hearing is set for Jan. 11 in Butler County Court.James Paul Trauger, 39, of Mars was held for court. He is charged with reckless endangering, disorderly conduct, careless driving and accidents involving death or injury. Prospect police received a call on Sept. 4 that a car was trying to hitsomeone on David Street.Woessner ordered Trauger to have no contact with the victim and released Trauger on personal recognizance. His arraignment is Dec. 13 in Butler County Court.James David Marasco, 26, waived his case to court. He is charged with driving under the influence, failure to keep right and failure to stop at a stop sign. A state police trooper on Sept. 11 saw a vehicle driven by Marasco go out of its lane and fail to stop, traveling from West Cooper Street to Elm Street. Marasco is free on personal recognizance. A hearing is set for Jan 11 in Butler County Court.Nathan Charles Lane, 19, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. State police charged him with driving under the influence and failure to stop at a red light at Fairview Hill Drive and Route 173 on Sept. 23. He was released on personal recognizance. A hearing is set for Jan. 11 in Butler County Court.
