SAXONBURG - District Justice Sue Haggerty on Monday ruled on these cases:
Joseph Bratkovich, 28, of 205 E. Christy Ave., Butler pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, for charges filed Nov. 8 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $429 in fines and court costs.
Melissa Cammisa, 19, of 105 Elm Road, Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Nov. 8 by Middlesex Township police.
Jeffrey Checkan, 37, of 174 Glade Run Road, Renfrew, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 22 by Penn Township police.
James Doctor, 40, of 190 Semanco Ave., Lyndora, waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed Nov. 29 by Penn Township police.
Jeffrey Fay, 27, of 340 W. Water St., Saxonburg, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, and driving on the wrong side of the road, in Penn Township, filed Oct. 2 by state police
Clayton Halfhill Jr., 21, of 155 Bonniebrook Road, Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, speeding, careless driving, and driving on the wrong side of the road, filed Nov. 4 by Penn Township police.
Jacqueline Harris, 52, of 130 Deer Meadow Lane, Valencia, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and reckless driving, filed Nov. 10 by Middlesex Township police.
Bobby Allen Jordan II, 44, of 110 Oak Hills Manor, Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 8 by Middlesex Township police.
Vernon Morrow, 41, of 506 Virginia Ave., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 8 by Middlesex Township police.
Nathan Zubik, 19, of 1068 Pittsburgh Road, Valencia pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, for charges filed Nov. 2 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $

CRANBERRY TWP - District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Brian D. Hinckley, 25, of Baden, Beaver County, had his case held to court. He was charged Oct. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with harassment, criminal trespass, loitering and prowling at night, disorderly conduct, two counts of invasion of privacy and possession of an instrument of crime.June Thompson, 40, of Harmony waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 27 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.Joe Goe, 20, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.Paul Gazda, 21, of Baden, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Jeffrey Damon Martin, 42, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 8 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, disregard of traffic lane, failure to obey turning movements and required signal and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Timothy Earl Ankeny, 31, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to yield while vehicle was turning left.
EVANS CITY - District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Richard A. Kane, 22, of Pittsburgh, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 28 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence, terroristic threats, harassment, driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle without proper insurance, careless driving and driving an unregistered vehicle.Jesse James Morgan, 24, of Boyers waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, speeding, disregard of traffic lane and depositing waste on a highway.Jacob J. Spare, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphanalia.Ziggy A. Kearney, 26, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the Evans City police with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphanalia.David Andrew Starr, 40, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 11 by the state police with two counts of simple assault and harassment.
