CONNOQUENESSING TWP — Police said an Evans City man faces charges of terroristic threats said to a township man.

Daniel P. Getty, 19, allegedly said he would shoot a township man after an altercation on Nov. 23, according to police reports.

Reports state the alleged altercation took place on Hill Top Road where Timothy Fisher was talking to a neighbor when Getty pulled up and got out of his vehicle.

Getty then accused Fisher of taking photographs of his house and pushed him.

Fisher then restrained Getty and eventually released him.

Getty walked down the street afterward, turned around and stated he had guns and would come back to shoot Fisher, according to the police report.

Getty faces charges of terroristic threats and harassment. His charges were held for court.

He will be formally arraigned in Butler County Court on Jan. 31.
