Catherine Bergbickler

Catherine Bergbickler of Butler celebrated her 99th birthday with family and friends at the Field House in Cabot.

The former Catherine Carbin was vorn March 28, 1912, in Pittsburgh.

She married Charles M. Bergbickler on Jan. 3, 1942, at St. Wendelin Catholic Church in Butler.

She has two children, Cathy Leeson and Ronald Bergbickler, both of Butler. Her children Charles Bergbickler Jr. and Betty Matson are deceased.

She also has eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Bergbickler worked as a waitress and is retired from Napilton’s Dry Cleaner. She is a member of the Moose Club.

She belongs to St. Mary’s Church in Herman.
