Covenant PresbyCovenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St., will host its Souper Bowl of Caring soup and bread luncheon after the 11 a.m. Sunday service. Proceeds will benefit the Covenant Cupboard and community dinners. Chef George Schroth of Butler Custom Catering will provide three choices of soups.A Kerygma Bible Study class entitled "Hosanna, A Spiritual Journey through Holy Week," will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the assembly room. First BaptistAn Apples of Gold women's Bible study and dinner, sponsored by First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St., will begin at 6:30 p.m. Friday in the Baptist Youth Center. Eugen Oana, a Baptist Mid-Missions missionary to Gypsies in Romania, will be the featured speaker at the 10:55 a.m. and 6 p.m. Sunday services.
