Last-second score gives Knoch boys win over Valley

Michael Gallagher scored on a layup at the end of the game to give the Knoch boys basketball team a thrilling 60-58 win over section rival Valley Tuesday night.

Rob Briggs scored 23 points and Gallagher added 13 for the Knights.

Knoch led by six at the half, but Valley tied the score at 58 late before Gallagher's game-winning bucket.

Kyle Reiser also had 10 points for Knoch (9-4, 3-2).

Brad Flenory led Valley (8-4, 3-2) with 17 points.
