SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases filed by Middlesex Township police:

Terrence Crawford, 23, of Cabot waived to court charges of child endangerment, fleeing or attempting to elude police, failing to pull over for an emergency vehicle and reckless driving, filed Aug. 12.

Anthony Farbacher, 40, of Cheswick, waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Oct 17.

Russell Morrell, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, speeding and a lighting violation, filed Oct, 31.

CHICORA — District Judge Sue Haggerty, filling in for District Judge Lewis Stoughton, recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Marvin Brotzman, 31, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 21.

Amanda Cravener, 25, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Sept. 23.

Ian Hindley, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, a lane violation and a lighting violation, filed Nov. 9.

David Hogue, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 2.

Edward Imber, 60, of Springdale, pleaded guilty to a charge of false identification to law enforcement authorities, filed Sept, 14. Imber was ordered to pay $264 in fines and court costs.

Sean A. Kelley, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed Nov. 21.

Clyde L. McNeish, 69, of East Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license-DUI related and driving at an unsafe speed, filed Nov. 9.

Bethany E. Smith 18, of Butler was held for court on charges of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by deception, filed Nov. 21.

James Speicher, 54, of Butler waived to court charges of arson, risking a catastrophe and reckless endangerment, filed Nov. 26.

Timothy Watterson, 51, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Nov. 21.

Cory A. Williams, 26, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Oct. 12.

Barkey, 18, of Volant, Lawrence County, waived to court charges of receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft and carrying a firearm without a permit, filed Dec. 1 by state police.Matthew C. Boyer, 21, of New Castle waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving the wrong way on a one-way road, filed Nov. 14 by Slippery Rock police.Joei R. Campbell, 20, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct 25 by state police. Campbell was ordered to pay $314 in fines and court costs.Crystal L. Cantwell, 28, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and failing to wear a seat belt, filed Oct. 14 by state police.Christopher A. Chuhra, 30, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Dec. 3 by state police.Robert P. Crawford III, 26, of Forestville waived to court charges of simple assault, harassment and driving without a license, filed Nov. 19 by Harrisville police.Charles H. Davies III, 20, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, minors prohibited from driving with any alcohol in their system, disregarding traffic lanes, driving an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed Oct. 25 by state police.Andre K. Freeman, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana, driving without rear lights and failing to use low beams, filed Sept. 9 by Slippery Rock University police.Nathan P. Fuhrman, 20, of Irwin, Westmoreland County, was held for court on charges of DUI, underage drinking and driving without headlights, filed Oct. 31 by state police.Matthew M. Hensel, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 20 by state police. Hensel was ordered to pay $564 in fines and court costs.Justin R. Hilliard, 21, of Prospect waived to court two counts of theft, filed Nov. 3 by state police.Mark A. Jacobs, 22, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI and failing to keep right, filed Nov. 21 by state police.Robert L. Lawry, 48, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of DUI, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and driving without headlights, filed Oct. 27 by SRU police.Joanna L. McClymonds, 27, of Portersville waived to court charges of possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Oct. 27 by state police.Jesse J. McConahy, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court three counts of theft, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft and carrying a firearm without a permit, filed Dec. 1 by state police.Brandon M. Wehrly, 22, of Hanover, York County, waived to court charges of DUI and failing to use low beams, filed Aug. 30 by SRU police.Robert K. Wymer Jr., 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Oct 25 by state police. Wymer was ordered to pay $314 in fines and court costs.
