SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Robert Brunner, 65, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, not using turn signals and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 24 by state police.

Sara Hilgar, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 31 by Penn Township police.

Todd Maxwell, 47, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 27 by state police.

Timothy McCormick, 30, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, filed Dec. 27 by Penn Township police.

Albert Ozog II, 26, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed Oct. 1 by Penn Township police. Ozog was ordered to pay $859.50 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Scott Pfeifer, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, a lane violation DUI, not using turn signals and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 7 by state police.

Salyan Phothong, 37, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving, filed Nov. 4 by state police.

Jessica Rommes, 26, of Gibsonia waived to court 20 counts of forgery, 19 counts each of theft and receiving stolen property, and access device fraud, filed Nov. 11 by Penn Township police.

Eric T. Walker, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, failure to immediately notify police of a accident, and a lane violation, filed Dec. 23 by Penn Township police.

Thomas Allen Walker, 44, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed Aug. 2 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Matthew Frishkorn, 41, of Harrisville waived to court charges of driving under the influence, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes and an open container violation, filed Nov. 12.Lora Hovis, 41, of East Brady waived to court charges of access device fraud, filed Jan. 13.
