CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Robert E. Fair, 29, of Sligo, Clarion County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle, careless driving and driving without inspection, filed June 1.

James D. Ryan, 50, of Parker waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and driving at an unsafe speed, filed May 13.

Cory R. Wagner, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and a lighting violation, filed April 4.
