CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Nathan Anthony, 22, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control device, illegally parking in an intersection and careless driving, filed April 15.
Craig Geibel, 27, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without headlights on and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 4.
Edward Halagich, 39, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed May 6.
Ryan Haugh, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed April 20.
Chad Hustak, 31, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disorderly conduct, a lighting violation and not wearing a seat belt, filed March 22.
Bradley Kradel, 26, of Chicora waived to court charges of fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving an all-terrain vehicle on a highway, driving an ATV at an unsafe speed and in a careless manner, disobeying a traffic control device, passing on the right, violating a hazard regulation, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving, a lighting violation, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with an improper license plate, driving without insurance, and driving an ATV without proper head gear and eye protection, filed June 2.
Nathanial Mahood, 25, of Karns City waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license and driving with a suspended license, filed Dec. 18.
Glenn Myers Jr., 49, of Fenelton waived to court charges of resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, filed June 9.
Cory McVicker, 25, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and furnishing alcohol to a minor, filed March 3. McVicker was ordered to pay $708.50 in fines and court costs.
Christopher Schmidt, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery and theft from a vehicle, filed June 2.
Darren J. Thoma, 36, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of simple assault, filed June 6. Thoma was ordered to pay $608.50 in fines and court costs.
Dale Wiles, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, filed May 7.
SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:Robert Kline, 20, of Valencia waived to court charges driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, speeding, not using turn signals and careless driving, filed April 21 by state police.Raymond Lipinski, 37, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to a charge of theft, filed May 7 by state police. Lipinski was ordered to pay $238.50 in fines and court costs.Shawn M. Mohan, 37, of Cabot was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed March 31 by state police.Keith J. Talarico, 38, of Irwin, Westmoreland County, waived to court charges of forgery, access device fraud, theft, receiving stolen property and tampering with records or identification, filed Jan. 5 by Middlesex Township police.
