EVANS CITY --- District Justice Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Bryan S. Edinger, 35, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 15 by the Adams Township police with harassment, two counts of terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, possession of a controlled substance, distributing a small amount of marijuana and three counts of disorderly conduct.
Michael A. Ihle, 34, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 26 by Jackson Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Kenneth P. Schroeder, 35, of Harmony had his case held for court. He was charged Oct. 26 by Adams Township police with two counts of harassment.
Jason Best, 19, of Lyndora waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 26 by Evans City police with theft by unlawful taking and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
CRANBERRY TWP --- District Justice Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Heather Nicole Banyay, 19, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Sept. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception, receiving stolen property, identity theft and access device fraud.Emil Velez also known as Angel Velez, 36, no address given, waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 16 by Cranberry Township police with retail theft, making false identification to a law enforcement officer, possession of marijuana and tampering with or fabricating evidence.Michael Genova, 30, of West Mifflin, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 18 by Cranberry Township police with unlawful possession of retail or library theft instruments and use of multiple-beam road lighting equipment.John Edward Smolak, 62, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 5 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol general impairment, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol content of more than 0.16 percent, failure to obey authorized person directing traffic and careless driving.
SAXONBURG - District Justice Sue Haggerty on Monday ruled on these cases:David Kitsko Jr., 23, of 120 Woodview Drive, Valencia, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 11 by Middlesex Township police.Thomas Mercurio, 27, of Indianola, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 23 by Middlesex Township police. He was ordered to pay $329 in fines and court costs.Wayde Nelson, 45, of 215 E. Christie Ave., Butler, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 4 by Middlesex Township police.Barbara Parker, 47, of 245 Edgewood Drive, Sarver, waived to court charges of driving under the influence in Winfield Township, filed Sept. 30 by state police.Raymond Priester, 36, of 142 S. Jackson St., Evans City, waived to court charges of driving with a suspended license-DUI related, filed Nov. 8 by Middlesex Township police.David Szymkowiak, 34, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, filed Nov. 3 by Buffalo Township police.Scott Trowbridge, 46, of 120 Manor Drive, Valencia, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Oct. 22 by Middlesex Township police.
