Norma L. (Mauthe) Eng, 40, of Five Oaks Lane, Hilliards, died at 12:35 p.m. Tuesday in the Allegheny General Hospital Emergency Room.

Born Nov. 7, 1968, in Butler, she was the daughter of Martin Mauthe and Mary (Fair) Mauthe.

Mrs. Eng served in the U.S. Army for six years and was a file clerk for the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in Boyers for 10 years.

She was a member of the Salvation Army.

Mrs. Eng is survived by her husband, Bruce Eng, whom she married Nov. 1, 1990; a son, Kyle Q. Mauthe of Shaw Air Force Base, S.C.; three daughters, Nneka Eng, Kayla Eng and Taylor Eng, all at home; her parents, Martin and Mary (Fair) Mauthe of Karns City; four sisters, Mrs. Randy (Virginia) Neff of Chicora, Yolanda Burk of Karns City, Mrs. Rick (Shawnee) Neff of Petrolia and Noblelee Mauthe of Karns City; one brother and his wife, Garrett and Michelle Mauthe of Bruin; her grandfather, William Mauthe; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

<B>ENG</B> — Friends of Norma L. (Mauthe) Eng, who died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St. Services will be held at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Majors Paul and Virginia Downing of the Salvation Army officiating.
