3:39 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Nathan R. Huber, 18, a car driven by Danielle L. Forcht, 23, and a van driven by James R. Young, 48, all of Butler, collided on Route 8 near Roosevelt Boulevard. Forcht and Young were wearing seat belts and all three drivers were taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.2:22 a.m. Tuesday — Mark Allan Graham, 45, of Butler was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief and public drunkenness after he was allegedly caught violating a PFA against him and then damaged a holding cell and police car while being combative with police.

5:37 p.m. Tuesday — Gerald Lee McWilliams Jr., 26, of Butler was charged with retail theft after he allegedly tried to take items from Wal-Mart without paying. He is in Butler County Prison in lieu of $3,000 bond.5:04 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Monica Campagna of Slippery Rock and a vehicle driven by Diana Shallenberger of Elwood City collided on Route 8 near Belmont Road. No injuries were reported.1:18 a.m. Sunday — Herman Nelson, 43, of Butler was charged with driving under the influence, flashing signals and careless driving after a traffic stop in the township.2:25 p.m. May 13 — Two students at Butler Intermediate High School were charged with possession of prescription medication, Pharmacy Act violation and reckless endangerment after they were allegedly caught dealing prescription medications.

2:35 a.m. Thursday — Martin McCommon Jr., 26, of Butler was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Herman Road near Simon Drive in Summit Township.1:05 a.m. Thursday — Bartley James Cully, 48, of Renfrew was charged with driving under the influence after a traffic stop on Interstate 79 near the Evans City exit in Jackson Township.12:49 a.m. Thursday — Someone stole a copper radiator valued at $1,500 belonging to Francis Soose of Butler from a North Main Street residence in Center Township.4 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by a 16-year-old Fenelton girl crashed into a utility pole along Chicora-Fenelton Road in Donegal Township. The girl was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. She was charged with a traffic violation.2:38 p.m. Tuesday — A pickup truck driven by David G. Cress, 47, of Fenelton and a car driven by Charles M. Anthony, 59, of Adrian, Pa., collided on Route 422 in Summit Township. Cress and Anthony were wearing seat belts and were not injured. Cress was cited for entering or crossing roadways.2:30 p.m. Monday — Police are searching for Marissa McSherry, a 15-year-old white female missing since Monday. She is believed to be with a white male driving a red Chevrolet Blazer. Anyone with information should call police at 724-284-8100.4:30 a.m. May 21 — A pickup truck driven by Joshua L. Stitt, 26, of Chicora crashed and rolled onto its side on Oak Road near Holly Road in Donegal Township. Stitt was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. He allegedly fled the scene afterward and was charged with two traffic violations.

May 2 — Kenneth Charles Albert, 52, of Portersville, was arrested May 2 for driving with a suspended license.May 2 — Michael Richard Barrett, 22, and Kristin Mary Pasquino, 23, both of Zelienople, were arrested for illegally dumping material in a dumpster in Harmony.
