Dolores and Patsy Vissari

Patsy and Dolores Vissari of Butler celebrated 60 years of marriage May 2 with a family dinner at the Butler Township recreational building.

Vissari married the former Dolores Nedrow May 5, 1949, at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Mount Pleasant.

They have eight children, John Vissari of Butler, Susan Vissari of Butler, Don Vissari of Pittsburgh, Donna Mikula of Butler, Dan Vissari of Baltimore, Joyce Janicki of Butler, Tom Vissari of Butler and Linda Wilbur of Summit, N.J. Their sons Paul and Raymond Vissari are deceased.

They also have 23 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.Vissari is a retired postal worker and his wife is a homemaker.The Vissaris belong to St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.
