Police Reports
The following items were collected from various police department and district courts:
7:12 p.m. May 25 — Jessica L. Terek, 35, of Butler, was arrested and charged with misdemeanors drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession after police said smoking pipes and a glass jar with cocaine residue were found during a traffic stop on Route 228.
May 25 — Steven R. Mayhew, 33, of Valencia, was charged with three felony counts of child endangerment, one felony count of drug sales and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession after police said two bags of cocaine and Xanex pills were left in Mayhew’s living room among children’s toys. According to charging documents, cocaine was left on the ottoman within reach of children when police searched the residence.
May 23 — Dakota M. Sloan, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession after police said he was in possession of a metal pipe, empty stamp bags, needles and a spoon while police were at his home.
May 25 — Jacob A. Kudrec, 21, of Elizabeth, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they responded to an April 30 report of an intoxicated driver in the parking lot of Sheetz. Police said field sobriety tests showed Kudrec was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at .179%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.
May 25 — James C. Wiley, 27, of Boyers, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped him March 20 after he crossed lines along West Sunbury Road, Clay Township. Police said field sobriety test showed Wiley was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at .085%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.
May 25 — Jennifer L. Isaacs, 47, of East Brady, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her April 23 on Hooker Road, Fairview Township. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed Isaac’s blood-alcohol content at .158%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.
May 25 — Keith T. McIntyre, 34, of Erie, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her April 23 on Route 28, Buffalo Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed McIntyre was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at .187%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.
May 25 — Hanna R. Dobson, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia possession after police said she admitted to smoking marijuana prior to driving during an April 25 traffic stop on Herman Road, Clearfield Township. Police said they found a glass smoking pipe containing burnt marijuana in the passenger side of the vehicle, and a later blood test showed marijuana in her system.
May 25 — Kristina Walker, 36, of Parker, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police said they stopped her May 20 on Unionville Road, Franklin Township, for failing to turn off her high beams. Police said later field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and Walker later refused further testing.
May 24 — Edward W. Schoentag, 39, of Butler, was charged with felony false statement during a gun purchase and misdemeanor false statement after police said inaccurately filled out the application June 2, 2020, at Logan’s Gun Gallery in Washington Township.
May 24 — Gregory H. Diehl, 53, of Evans City, was charged with felony false statement during a gun purchase and misdemeanor false statement after police said inaccurately filled out the application July 4, 2020, at Butler Gun Emporium in Donegal Township.
May 25 — Katie L. Yatzor, 33, of Sarver, was charged with two misdemeanor DUIs after police said they stopped her May 20 on Cole Road, Buffalo Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed Yatzor was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood-alcohol content at .157%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.
