SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Daniel Adamik, 40, of Sarver waived to court charges of defiant trespass and driving with a suspended license, filed Aug. 30 by Buffalo Township police.

Edward Beacom, 42, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, filed Aug. 1 by state police.

Taylor Blackburn, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, reckless driving, possessing drug paraphernalia and an open container violation.

John Coulter, 24, of Cabot waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and a lane violation, filed June 6 by state police.

Billie Lowry, 27, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and a lighting violation, filed Aug. 21 by Middlesex Township police.

Kevin D. McMillen, 18, of Saxonburg waived to court two counts each of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed Aug. 23 by Penn Township police.

Chelsey Noah, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a lane violation, filed June 13 by state police.

Peter Pastoria, 29, of Austin town, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 28 by Saxonburg police. Pastoria was ordered to pay $4,398.70 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Jacquelynn Vidmar, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license and a lane violation, filed April 23 by Penn Township police.

Paul Zitzman, 30, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 28 by Saxonburg police. Zitzman was ordered to pay $4,398.70 in restitution, fines and court costs.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Aaron Anderson, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes, a turn signal violation, careless driving, not carrying a vehicle registration card and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 4.William DeAngelo, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license and a stop sign violation, filed July 31.Marc Edwards, 30, of Slippery Rock pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a small amount of marijuana, filed Aug. 19. Edwards was ordered to pay $449.50 in fines and court costs.John A. Hilliard, 22, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and failure to keep right, filed Sept. 15.Logan McCracken, 21, of Karns City waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle and failing to stop and render aid, filed Aug. 17.William Shambaugh, 70, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, unauthorized transfer of registration, fraudulent or altered license plates or documents, driving without insurance and without inspection, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Sept. 13.Scott R.
