3:19 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Sean Boring, 16, of Butler and a car driven by David Wagner, 49, of Hilliards collided at the intersection of Jefferson and Washington streets. Wagner and Boring's passenger, Brooke Bowen, 16, of Butler had minor injuries. Boring was not injured. Boring was cited for going the wrong way on a one-way street.

5:24 a.m. Monday — A vehicle driven by Shane Haney, 32, of Hayesville, N.C., was on Interstate 79 in Worth Township when it struck a deer. Haney was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.2:50 a.m. Thursday — A truck driven by Benjamin Morgan, 29, of Karns City was on Buena Vista Road in Fairview Township when it crossed the road, hit a tree and slid into a yard. Morgan fled the scene and was subsequently charged with numerous summary violations.2:25 a.m. Saturday — An SUV driven by Damon Krynicki, 29, of Beaver Falls and a truck driven by David Hredzak, 43, of New Brighton collided on Route 68 in Forward Township. Krynicki was not wearing a seat belt and had a minor injury. Hredzak was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. Krynicki was charged with driving under the influence and several summary violations.7:09 p.m. Oct. 23 — David G. Brown, 35, of Emlenton was charged with simple assault following an incident involving a 15-year-old female, also of Emlenton, in a residence at 3609 Oneida Valley Road in Allegheny Township. Brown is accused of pushing the girl's face into the floor, causing a black eye.Wednesday — Misty Walters, 28, of Butler was charged with access device fraud and forgery. Walters is accused of using her 76-year-old grandfather's ATM card at various locations to buy prescription drugs without his knowledge, spending $5,180 between July 11 and Aug. 22. Police did not identify the victim.4:08 p.m. Sunday — A truck driven by Joseph Hufnagel, 35, of Evans City was on Route 528 in Connoquenessing Township when it left the road and hit a utility pole. Hufnagel, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to Allegheny General Hospital, where he was treated and released. Police are investigating the cause of the accident. State police were assisted by the Connoquenessing Volunteer Fire Department and the Harmony EMS.12:40 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Michelle Gratzmiller, 21, of Slippery Rock hit three parked cars in the parking lot of the Montleone Apartments in Slippery Rock. The vehicles are: a car owned by Robert Powell of Erie, a car owned by Timothy Huston of Wexford and a truck owned by Timothy Shaffer of Aliquippa. Gratzmiller was wearing a seat belt and was not injured. Police report speed was a factor in the accident. Gratzmiller fled the scene.Monday — Derrick Uniatowski, 19, of Slippery Rock was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence when his car hit two trees on Branchton Road in Cherry Township on Friday. He was not wearing a seat belt and was treated at United Community Hospital for minor injuries.5:46 a.m. Thursday — A vehicle driven by Benjamin Campbell, 19, of Slippery Rock was eastbound on West Liberty Road in Worth Township when it left the road, hit an embankment and overturned. Campbell was not wearing a seat belt and had minor injuries. Campbell was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.Monday — Glen K. Dalton, 38, of Prospect was charged with misdemeanor theft. He is accused of stealing three wooden carvings worth a total of about $1,500 from the Butler County Fairgrounds between July 10 and 11.Wednesday — Alpha Telecom Services reported the theft of two yellow, five-gallon steel diesel fuel cans from a trailer at a cellular tower construction site on Route 138 in Clay Township that occurred between Oct. 25 and 26.

4:45 p.m. Sunday — A car driven by Kayla Miller, 20, of Schellsburg was on Route 28 in North Buffalo Township when it struck a deer. Miller was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.1:15 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Jennifer Cunningham, 25, of Worthington was on Winfield Road when it went through a stop sign at Sarver Road and hit two parked cars in a lot. Cunningham's car hit the first parked car, pushing it into the second parked car and through a garage wall. Cunningham told police her brakes failed. Cunningham and her two passengers, Nadine Doody, 30, and John Hadden, 31, also of Worthington, were not wearing seat belts. Doody had a minor injury while Cunningham and Hadden were not injured. State police were assisted by the South Buffalo Volunteer Fire Department and Kittanning Ambulance.

12:07 a.m. Sept. 28 — Roxanne Zanot, 43, of Parker was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving following a traffic stop at the intersection of Cherry Run and Huey roads in Toby Township.3:50 a.m. Friday — A tractor-trailer driven by Philip Whitesell Jr., 50, of Weedville, Pa., and a car driven by Laura Bordanaro, 49, of Edinboro, collided on Interstate 80 in Richland Township. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
