Paul B. Critchlow, 75, of Eastwood Village died at 12:37 a.m. Sunday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

Born Aug. 16, 1932, in New Castle, he was the son of Harold William and Fae Phillips Critchlow.

Mr. Critchlow was an insurance agent for the Western Southern Life Insurance Co. and retired in 1976.

He is survived by his former wife, Diane Stepp Critchlow; three sons, Paul Critchlow Jr. and his wife, Lisa, and Douglas Critchlow, all of Butler, and Keith Critchlow and his wife, Amy, of New Galilee; a daughter, Mrs. Peter (Cynthia) Montgomery of Pasadena, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and two sisters, Ruth Shaffer of New Castle and Mrs. Dane (Myrtis) Kornrumpf of Highland, Calif.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold and James.
