Moraine and McConnells Mill state parks host the following community programs:

- Fall Foliage Kayak Float, 2 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, McDanel’s Launch on the North Shore at Moraine.

- Owl Prowl, 6:30 to 8:3- p.m. Saturday, Kildoo Pavilion, McConnells Mill.

- Fall Foliage Hike, 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, Kildoo Pavilion, McConnells Mill.

- Geology Trail Hike, 1 to 3 p.m. Oct. 15, Kildoo Picnic Area, McConnells Mill.

- Owl Prowl, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Oct. 21, Pleasant Valley Non-Motorized Launch Area on the South Shore at Moraine. Registration opens Oct. 8.
