NASA astronaut visiting Pittsburgh through Moon2Mars Foundation
Veteran NASA astronaut Mike Fincke will be a featured speaker at the 2026 Moon2Mars Foundation Summer Speaker Series July 18 and 19 at Point Park University in Pittsburgh.
A Pittsburgh native, Fincke has logged more than a year in space across multiple missions. He played a key role in advancing human spaceflight and international collaboration aboard the International Space Station.
Attendees will have multiple opportunities to hear from Fincke, including a presentation about his journey from Pittsburgh to space, and in a panel discussion on international cooperation in space.
In addition, the public is invited to attend a meet-and-greet and autograph session at 2:30 p.m. July 18 at Point Park University. No tickets are required for this special event. However, space is limited and attendance will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis.
