SLIPPERY ROCK - These cases were heard Aug. 3 by District Justice Clifford Woessner:
Karen S. Polczynski, 33, of 708 Bluebell Lane, Slippery Rock, was held for court on two counts of driving under the influence and for failure to keep right after a traffic stop April 2 on Route 8 in Brady Township. Polczynski was released on her own recognizance. Her arraignment is set for Sept. 13 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Eric R. Grossman, 36, of 107 Sanderson Drive, Slippery Rock, was waived to court on charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness after a neighbor complained June 18 that Grossman was masturbating on his porch. Grossman was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is set for Sept. 13 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Kathryn L. Kidd, 49, of Lyndora was waived to court on charges of driving under the influence after police responded to a call that Kidd was passed out in her car June 25 in the Hickory Woods Restaurant parking lot on New Castle Road in Franklin Township. Kidd was released on her own recognizance. Her arraignment is set for Sept. 13 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Timothy F. Toy, 49, of 402 Elm St., Slippery Rock, was waived to court on two counts of driving under the influence, disregarding a traffic lane, careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and failure to use a safety belt system after a traffic stop July 4 on Route 8 in Brady Township. Toy was released from Mercer County Jail on a $1,000 bond. His arraignment is set for Sept. 13 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Colin G. Wensel, 19, of Tampa, Fla., was waived to court on two counts of driving under the influence and purchase of alcoholic beverages by a minor July 3 after officers followed Wensel's vehicle on Main Street after an incident at Sheetz that involved a passenger in the vehicle. Wensel was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is set for Sept. 13 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Jason L. Eppinger, 24, of 132 Virginia Lane, Butler, was waived to court on two counts of driving under the influence and trespass by a motor vehicle after a traffic stop June 27 on Moraine State Park Roadway in Franklin Township. Eppinger was released on his own recognizance. His arraignment is set for Sept. 13 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Jason R. Porter, 24, of Portersville was waived to court on charges of burglary, access device fraud, forgery and theft by deception in an incident in which a Sears credit card was taken from the home of Trudy Miller, West Park Road, Muddy Creek Township. Porter was released on his own recognizance on the condition he report immediately to pre-trail supervision upon release from jail. His arraignment is set for Sept. 7 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Jeffrey P. Mansfield, 25, of 102 Valley Vue Lane, Slippery Rock, was waived to court on charges of burglary, access device fraud, forgery and theft by deception in an incident in which a Sears credit card was taken from the home of Trudy Miller, West Park Road, Muddy Creek Township. Mansfield is in Butler County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond. His arraignment is set for Sept. 7 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Trevor A. Rossi, 18, of New Brighton was waived to court on charges of conspiracy, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property in the July 24 theft of a 1981 Yamaha motorcycle owned by Ned J. Sandusky of 118 Walker Road, Muddy Creek Township. Rossi was released from the Butler County Jail on a $2,000 bond. His arraignment is set for Sept. 13 at the Butler County Courthouse.
Jeffrey P. Mansfield, 25, of 102 Valley Vue Lane, Slippery Rock, was waived to court on charges of conspiracy and theft by unlawful taking in multiple thefts in May at the Hinds Scrap Yard on Kelly Road in Muddy Creek Township. Mansfield is in Butler County Jail in lieu of a $100 bond plus a $10,000 bond from another incident. His arraignment is set for Sept. 7 at the Butler County Courthouse.
