Henry E. 'Hank' Keller
Henry Earl "Hank" Keller, 62, of Butler, formerly of Beaver Falls, died at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday in Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born June 20, 1947, in Beaver Falls, he was the son of Edward Keller and the late Anna Hornacek Keller.
Mr. Keller was a teacher for the Butler School District, and he retired in 2008 after 40 years of teaching. He was a Butler High School golf coach, and he was active in the Butler basketball program.
Mr. Keller was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in America. He was a member of the Butler Elks Lodge 170, the Butler Education Association, the Slippery Rock University Alumni and the Oakview Golf Club.
Mr. Keller is survived by his wife, Barbara (Klear) Keller of Butler; one son, Josh Keller of San Francisco, Calif.; one daughter, Julie Keller Heverly and her husband, Stephen, of Philadelphia; his father, Edward Keller of Butler; two sisters, Donna Keller of Plymouth, Mass., and Cathy Dydynski of Northeast, Md.; and a large extended family.
Mr. Keller was preceded in death by one brother.
<B>KELLER</B> — Friends of Henry Earl "Hank" Keller, who died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2009, will be received from 1 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at <B>Thompson-Miller Funeral Home</B>, 124 E. North St., Butler. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Dan Ledford and the Rev. Walt Coppersmith, pastors of Westminster Presbyterian Church in America, officiating.
