CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:
James Daniel Maxwell Jr., 49, of Beaver, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle without insurance and vehicle registration suspended.
Kevin Michael Essary, 22, of Saxonburg waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.
Matthew Scott Quinn, 36, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and driving over the road divider.
Matthew Robert Martin, 25, of Elizabeth, Pa., waived his case to court. He was charged May 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
David Wade Price, 35, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.
Michael James McConnaughy, 26, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged July 21 by the Cranberry Township police with receiving stolen property and altered, forged or counterfeit documents or plates.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Taylor Michael Baldt, 19, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 8 by the Adams Township police with two counts each of criminal trespass, burglary, and receiving stolen property, and one count each of conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal mischief and theft by unlawful taking.John Robert Pishko, 27, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 9 by the Butler County detectives with conspiracy to receive stolen property, receiving stolen property and use/possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts each of possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Dennis Kelly Jr., 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 14 by the Adams Township police with three counts of acquisition by misrepresentation, possession of a controlled substance, three counts each of conspiracy to commit forgery and forgery and four counts of identity theft.Melanie Lynne Eaton, 27, of Slippery Rock waived her case to court. She was charged May 17 by the Zelienople police with 11 counts each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, forgery and receiving stolen property.William Grupp, 45, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 14 by the Adams Township police with three counts each of acquisition by misrepresentation, conspiracy to commit forgery and forgery, four counts of identity theft and one count each of possession of a controlled substance, manfacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and driving with a suspended license.Grant William Vangenewitt, 19, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 23 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence by a minor, purchasing alcohol by a minor and speeding.Erin Marie Russell, 25, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged July 23 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Natalee Marie Goblick, 21, of Sharon, Mercer County, waived her case to court. He was charged July 31 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and passing unsafely in lane adjacent to emergency response vehicle.Jonathan Joseph Scarfo, 23, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and failing to obey duties at a stop sign.Jason Thomas Mack, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and failing to drive at safe speeds.Daniel E. Nine, 23, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 30 by the Jackson Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Andrew Dwight Hiles, 22, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 18 by the Adams Township police with endangering the welfare of a child, simple assault and harassment.
