EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Escobedo Armando Garcia, 36, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 2 by the Adams Township police with obstruction of administration of law or other government functions, hindering apprehension or prosecution, disorderly conduct and two counts of making terroristic threats.
Scott E. Stephenson, 31, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 23 by the Zelienople police with two counts of recklessly endangering another person, three counts of defiant trespass, driving with a suspended license and driving without a license.
Anthony M. Moran, 19, of Mars waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged July 30 by the Adams Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license. He was also charged Aug. 8 by the Adams Township police with criminal trespass, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit criminal trespass, conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
David Michael Milligan, 21, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged June 13 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and careless driving.
Bryan S. Edinger, 38, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 5 by the Adams Township police with making terroristic threats, resisting arrest, loitering and prowling at nighttime, harassment, public drunkenness, four counts of disorderly conduct and simple assault.
Christopher R. Hartmann, 31, of Evans City had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 20 by the Zelienople police with retail theft.
William Eric Schreiber, 31, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 7 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicle or property and reckless driving.
Edward Frank Rieger, Jr., 39, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged July 18 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful operation on streets and highways, unlawfully operating snowmobile/ATV under the influence, unlawful operation of snowmobile/ATV without a helmet, unlawful operation snowmobile/ATV without insurance and unlawful operation snowmobile/ATV without registration.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Kristy Jones-Slappy, 27, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 20 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by deception.Kelly Nicole Bowser, 23, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 13 by the state police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Elizabeth R. Loschinskey, 31, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Brittany Lynn Knight, 22, of New Castle, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 15 by the Cranberry Township police with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property and driving with a suspended license.Richard John Sikina, 21, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with no rear lights and operating a vehicle without an inspection.Coty Cole, 24, of New Galilee, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft, possessing an instrument of crime and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Louise A. Beattie, 49, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 6 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving over the road divider, failure to stop at a red signal and failing to obey turning movements and required signals.Mary Faller, 40, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged July 25 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.Jason Louis Schlott, 20, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 29 by the Cranberry Township police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking.
