BUTLER CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE

Community Life Church holds service at McQuistion Elementary School

Sunday’s worship service includes Communion and a collection for St. Vincent de Paul food bank.

COVENANT PRESBYTERIAN

Covenant Presbyterian Church, 230 E. Jefferson St., receives the noisy offering of loose change at the Sunday worship service. The offering benefits the Refreshing Springs ministry in Aliquippa and Ambridge.

Sunday’s fellowship hour in the assembly room includes a presentation of the congregational survey.

EAST BUTLER PRESBYTERIAN

East Butler Presbyterian Church, Ninth and Randolph streets, East Butler, has worship at 10:30 a.m. Sunday followed by an outdoor pig roast with the North Butler congregation. Take food to share for a potluck meal.

FIRST BAPTIST

The ladies Bible study of First Baptist Church, 221 W. New Castle St., is at 7 tonight at the Dittmers.

Teens of the church participate in the fall youth retreat, sponsored by the Association of Independent Baptist Churches of Western Pennsylvania, from 5:30 p.m. Friday to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Slippery Rock Baptist Camp, 130 Elliott Lane, Worth Township. For more information, call 724-287-7241.

GRACE @ CALVARY LUTHERAN

Grace’s Closet, a free clothing bank at Grace @ Calvary Lutheran Church, 123 E. Diamond St., is open from 5 to 7 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday.

GraceWay meets at the Center Township Elementary School on Mercer Road.

NORTH BUTLER PRESBYTERIAN

North Butler Presbyterian Church, 137 N. Butler Church Road, Chicora, has worship at 10:30 a.m. Sunday with the East Butler Presbyterian Church congregation, Ninth and Randolph streets, East Butler. There is a potluck meal and pig roast after the worship service.

There are no worship services Sunday at the North Butler Presbyterian Church.

NORTH MAIN STREET CHURCH OF GOD

The church office at Trinity Lutheran Church, 120 Sunset Drive, Center Township, is closed Friday.

Those planning to attend the National Youth Gathering in Houston next year meet at 5 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Lutheran Church, 323 5th St, Freeport.

The worship and music committee meets at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
