SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:
Brian Michael Cindric Jr., 28, of 313 Estate Lane, Butler, had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Cindric June 7 with driving under the influence and careless driving.
Charles E. Bartus Jr., 18, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Bartus Nov. 2 with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts criminal mischief and conspiracy of theft by unlawful taking.
Marc J. Panty, 18, of Titusville had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Panty Nov. 2 with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts criminal mischief and conspiracy of theft by unlawful taking.
James Matthew Cook, 19, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. Slippery Rock University Police charged Cook Nov. 2 with two counts of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of receiving stolen property, two counts criminal mischief and conspiracy of theft by unlawful taking.
Richard Burns Bell Jr., 59, of Pittsburgh had his case waived to court. State police in Butler charged Bell Nov. 7 with driving under the influence, disregard of traffic lane, careless driving and reckless driving.
Kim Paul Sankey, 26, of 535 McKinley Ave., Butler, had his case held for court. State police in Butler charged Sankey Nov. 21 with three counts of forgery, theft by unlawful taking and three counts of identity theft.
WORTH TWP — District Judge Lawrence Silvis recently heard these cases:Fred Randy Blumling, 30, of 127 Chicora Road, Butler, had his case held for court. State police in Mercer charged Blumling Nov. 13 with possession of small amount of marijuana, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking.Josiah David Lewis, 19, of Mercer had his case held for court. Grove City Police charged Lewis Oct. 6 with driving under the influence.Anna Christine Throckmorton, 21, of 131½ S. Broad St., Grove City, had her case held for court. Grove City Police charged her Oct. 31 with driving under the influence and failure to stop at red signal.
