Tuesday — Police charged a former convenience store employee with using another person's bank debit card without her permission earlier this month.The owner told police that she had lost the card June 11 at the Sheetz store on New Castle Road. Her bank account records showed someone had already used the card.Officers reviewed store surveillance video that showed James C. Shearer III, 21, of Baden, Beaver County, who was employed by Sheetz, accessing the card.Police also found that Shearer that same day used the card at the Sheetz store in Cranberry Township. In all, the suspect allegedly made off with $170 from illegally tapping the card.Shearer is charged with access device fraud and identity theft.Wednesday — Wayne A. Krauchak, 58, and Pamela S. Krauchak, 51, both of Butler, are accused of teaming up about 9:30 a.m. May 7 to vandalize a car at the Butler Memorial Hospital parking lot. Surveillance video helped identify the suspects.Both suspects are charged with conspiracy to commit criminal mischief. Wayne Krauchak also is charged with criminal mischief.

1:56 p.m. Thursday — Tracy Ann Yeager, 39, of Prospect was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence after her vehicle collided with a car at routes 422 and 488 in Franklin Township. Ruth Ann Shaner, 71, of Callery was the other driver.Thursday — Assorted welding-related equipment was stolen from Glacial Sand and Gravel on West Liberty Street in Worth Township. The property was taken Wednesday or Thursday.Monday — A thief stole an unassembled swimming pool from the back yard of a home on Zion Church Road in Concord Township. The theft happened between June 20 and Monday.Monday — Two checks made payable to “FastLoan4me” were forged from the bank account of a 67-year-old Marion Township man without his permission.

10:22 p.m. Wednesday — John J. Lindsey, 73, of East Brady was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 about one mile south of Route 422 in North Buffalo Township.10:44 a.m. Wednesday — Stephani L. Webb, 38, of Kittanning was arrested for suspicion of DUI after her sport utility vehicle rear-ended a pickup truck on Commerce Drive at the Hilltop Plaza in East Franklin Township. Webb fled the crash but was later found at a Kittanning area home. Ashley N. Spencer, 21, of Kittanning was driving the pickup.Noon Sunday — A 63-yearold man and a 16-year-old boy, both of Templeton, face charges after they got into a heated argument that turned into a shoving match another on Mahoning Road in Madison Township.The boy threatened the man. Police did not identify the suspects, who both are charged with harassment, The boy also is charged with terroristic threats
