Man taken to hospital with injuries
One person was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital for serious injuries after a two-vehicle accident on Mahood Road Friday afternoon. Two vehicles, a pickup truck and an SUV, clipped one another heading opposite directions on Mahood Road just west of Thompson Road around 2:30 p.m., according to Chief Matt Wilson of Clay Township Volunteer Fire Department.
