CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Michael T. Beck, 29, of West Sunbury waive to court charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, filed March 31.

Christopher Boltz, 28, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court two counts of possession of a controlled substance and charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed Oct. 14.

Bradley S. Cramer, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen property, filed April 8. Cramer was ordered to pay $667.50 in fines and court costs.

Leah Kushner, 21, of New Castle waived to court charges of burglary, conspiracy, trespass and theft, filed April 14.

Steffani Schmitt, 19, of Butler waived to court three counts of conspiracy to commit theft and charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 10.

Kurt Worgan, 24, of Butler waived to court three counts of conspiracy to commit theft and charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed March 10.

Joseph Yusko, 36, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed March 8.
