These cases filed by were recently heard by District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell:

George A. Ashbaugh, 47, of Lyndora pleaded guilty to two counts of bad checks filed by Butler Township police July 2. He was ordered to pay $1,049.50 in fines and costs.

Crystal M. Conner, 26, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and retail theft filed by Butler Township police July 6. She was ordered to pay $244.50 in fines and costs.

Billie Jo Henry, 34, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged July 20 by Butler Township police with retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Gary J. Seybert Jr., 31, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 8 by state police in Butler with driving under the influence and traffic violations.

Dezeray Angerett, 25, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged April 27 by Butler Township police with bad checks.

Cynthia A. Fotta, 46, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged July 30 by Butler Township police with retail theft and public drunkenness.

Joseph M. Bumgardner, 26, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged July 28 by state police in Butler with two counts of failure to comply with sexual offender registration requirements.

David L. Murray Jr., 30, an inmate at the Butler County Prison waived his case to court. He was charged July 27 by Butler Township police with simple assault, defiant trespass, criminal mischief, harassment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Andrew D. Fleming, 34, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged June 30 by state police in Butler with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving under the influence.

Lacey A. McGreevy, 21, of Karns City waived her case to court. She was charged July 30 by Butler Township police with theft and receiving stolen property.

Frank J. Tebay, 26, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 by Butler Township police with access device fraud, forgery, ID theft, and receiving stolen property.

Michael J. Kavanagh, 28, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 by Butler Township police with simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public drunkenness.

Jasen G. Whitacre, 32, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 29 by Butler Township police with six counts of criminal conspiracy/forgery, four counts of criminal conspiracy/access device fraud, theft from a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, criminal attempt/access device fraud, two counts of criminal conspiracy/access device fraud, and six counts of receiving stolen property.

Deborah Kay Krivak, 48, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged July 23 by Butler Township police with two counts of forgery, criminal conspiracy/forgery, access device fraud, criminal conspiracy/access device fraud, ID theft and receiving stolen property.

Donna A. Digiacomo, 40, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged July 23 by Butler Township police with forgery, criminal conspiracy/forgery, access device fraud, criminal conspiracy/access device fraud, ID theft, receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license.

Carrie L. Reid, 32, of Butler was held for court. She was charged July 6 by Butler Township police with two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Steven A. Johnson, 21, of Mercer was held for court. He was charged June 10 by Butler Township police with retail theft, criminal conspiracy/theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

These cases filed by state police in Butler were heard recently by District Judge Lewis Stoughton:Megan Tichansky, 22, of Chicora waived her case to court. She was charged June 22 with driving under the influence of alcohol and traffic violations.George Ambrose, 55, of Cabot waived his case to court. He was charged May 18 with DUI and traffic violations.Mark A. Smith, 24, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged May 29 with DUI and traffic violations.Justin Todd Ritter, 23, of Kittanning waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 with DUI and failing to stop at a stop sign.Michael Ray Croyle, 23, of Chicora waived his case to court. He was charged July 14 with DUI and traffic violations.Katie Jo Kildoo, 28, of Saxonburg waived her case to court. She was charged July 9 with DUI, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and traffic violations.Stephanie Lynn Wells, 42, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged June 1 with DUI and traffic violations.Erik Shreckengost, 29, of Worthington waived his case to court. He was charged June 16 with DUI, an invalid inspection, and traffic violations.Steven Hasychak, 43, of Butler was held for court on charges of simple assault, harassment, DUI and careless driving. He was charged May 4.Raymond E. Ward, 18, of McDonald, waived his case to court. He was charged July 29 with theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy/theft, escape, reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a vehicle, accidents involving death or injury, a stop sign violation, speeding, abandoning a vehicle, careless driving, reckless driving, failing to render aid, violating hazard regulations, and failure to use a seat belt.Gerald Cripin, 40, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 27 with simple assault and harassment.Matthew Ealy, 22, of Parker waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Jeremy Rutherford, 18, of Petrolia waived his case to court. He was charged June 11 with use or possession of drug paraphernalia.Jeremy Rutherford, 18, of Bruin waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 3 with criminal trespassing, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief.Shelley Whittington, 36, of Parker waived her cases to court. She was charged July 29 with bad checks. She was charged Aug. 11 with burglary, criminal trespassing, theft and receiving stolen property.

He was charged July 7 by Saxonburg police with retail theft.Jacqueline Bobite, 30, of Ford City waived her case to court. She was charged May 5 by state police with driving under the influence and traffic violations.Donald Wikert, 56, of Sarver waived his case to court. He was charged June 13 by state police with DUI.Joshua Parshall, 18, of Butler waived his cases to court. He was charged Aug. 10 by state police with criminal attempt, possession of an instrument of crime and criminal trespassing. He was charged July 30 by state police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Michael Barch, 22, of Saver waived his case to court. He was charged July 4 by Buffalo Township police with DUI — highest rate, general impairment and reckless driving.
