These items were collected from various police departments and district courts:

Middlesex Twp.

May 5 — Dillon White, 29, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief related to an alleged assault on Fulton Drive. Police said White smashed the window of a vehicle that did not belong to him.

May 5 — Justin W. Tirk, 29, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor counts of DUI, drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession related to an April 19 traffic stop on Glade Mill Road near Industrial Drive.

Police said they stopped Tirk for speeding about 80 mph in a 55-mph zone. Police said field sobriety tests showed Tirk was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood-alcohol content at .186%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%. Police said marijuana and associated paraphernalia were also found in Tirk’s vehicle.

May 4 — Matthew J. Etoll, 46, of Middlesex Township, was charged with misdemeanor driving under the influence following a vehicle crash at a construction site on Route 228.

People near the construction site told officers Etoll had thrown a cooler over the hill before police arrived. Police said field sobriety tests showed Etoll was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at .220%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is .08%.

State Police, Butler

May 5 — Steven R. Hovis, 38, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct related to a March 31 incident in the Dollar General parking lot in Fenelton. Police said a man told troopers Hovis punched him, kicked his car and keyed the car’s door.

May 5 — Daniel R.E. Everetts, 31, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to an altercation reported March 28 in Donegal Township. Police said a man claimed Everetts hit him in the head and pushed him into a wall.

May 5 — Jocelyn A. Williams, 43, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI stemming from a May 4 traffic stop on Mercer Road near Duffy Road, Center Township.

Police said they stopped Williams for crossing lines on the road, and field sobriety tests showed she was impaired. A later breath test showed Williams’ blood-alcohol content at .114%, and in Pennsylvania the legal limit is .08%.

May 4 — Thomas M. Scherder, 27, of Clay Township, was charged with making felony and misdemeanor counts of making false statements during an attempted buying of a gun from Rural King, Center Township. Police said Scherder was denied the purchase, and he failed to mention his mental health history on the form.

12:09 a.m. May 3 — Mark A. Johnson, 64, of Butler, was arrested and charged with felony drug sales, as well as misdemeanor counts of DUI, marijuana possession, drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession, related to a report of a disabled vehicle at the intersection of Freeport and Lindsay roads, Summit Township.

Police said they found Johnson in the driver’s seat, nodding in and out of consciousness. According to police, field sobriety tests showed Johnson was impaired. Police later searched the vehicle with Johnson’s permission and said they found suspected crack cocaine, 8 grams of suspected powder cocaine, 8 grams of suspected powder cocaine and 8 grams of suspected marijuana.

Police said Johnson later submitted to blood tests. The results were not available in the affidavit.

May 3 — Nora A. Barker, 60, of Eau Claire, was charged with felony drug sales, as well as misdemeanor counts of drug possession and drug paraphernalia possession related to a March 16 search of her home. Police had a warrant to search Barker’s home; she was not home at the time. Police found 282 stamp bags of suspected fentanyl, 17 grams of suspected cocaine and seven grams of suspected crack cocaine. Police said they also found three scales and an ID for Barker.
