CHICORA — District Judge Lewis E. Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

James E. Clemens, 29, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of conspiracy to commit aggravated assault, aggravated assault, conspiracy to commit simple assault, simple assault and harassment, filed March 20, 2008.

Larry A. Dittmer, 41, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, filed Nov. 18.

Kurt R. Kelly, 31, of Petrolia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 24.

George V. Kosht, 58, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Jan. 15. Kosht was sentenced to pay $434.50 in fines and court costs.

Richelle Jean Lannen-Fredley, 43, no address given, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failure to keep right, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving, filed Dec. 23.

Richard A. Lynch, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, accident involving injury, failure to stop at a red light, following too closely and reckless driving, filed Feb. 17.

Nicholas J. Raffel, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, careless driving, no rear lights and driving with an unsecured load, filed Feb. 24.

Derek E. Reep, 57, of Petrolia waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility, filed Nov. 7.

BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin P. O'Donnell recently heard these cases:Margaretta V. Askey, 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Jan. 27 by Butler Township police.Jack L. Bosancic, 50, of Butler waived to court two counts of failure to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements, filed Feb. 18 by state police.Kathy A. Burkett, 45, of Butler was held for court on charges of retail theft and two counts corruption of minors, filed Jan. 5 by Butler Township police.James D. Coyle II, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery, two counts of criminal conspiracy to commit theft, and criminal attempt theft, filed Jan. 8 by Butler Township police.William J. Heckert III, 18, of Butler waived to court charges of forgery, conspiracy to commit forgery and theft, filed Jan. 8 by Butler Township police.Nathan N. Saul, 18, of Butler waived to court two counts each of conspiracy to commit forgery and conspiracy to commit theft, filed Jan. 8 by Butler Township police.Robert R. Saul Jr., 21, of Butler waived to court charges of criminal attempt theft, two counts of conspiracy to commit forgery, two counts of conspiracy to commit theft, and driving while privilege suspended, filed Jan. 8 by Butler Township police.Wesley J. Schofield, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence (third offense), fleeing law enforcement, two counts simple assault, two counts recklessly endangering another person, two counts institutional vandalism, resisting arrest and reckless driving, filed Dec. 28 by Butler Township police.Corey J. Shoup, 27, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 2 by Butler Township police. Shoup was sentenced to pay $299.50 in fines and court costs.John A. Smith, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 5 by Butler Township police.

District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Richard Anthony Pepper, 48, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 8 by Zelienople police with writing bad checks.Timothy C. Pegg, 44, of Morgantown, W.Va., waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 4 by Jackson Township police with writing bad checks.Kenneth P. Haines, 35, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 24 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, harassment and disorderly conduct.Jane Helen Brocklehurst, 46, of Mars waived her case to court. She was charged Dec. 30 by Callery police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Christos Demetrous Klutinoty, 18, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 7 by state police with simple assault and harassment.Jerry M. Loudermilk, 58, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 12 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.Kristin M. Loudermilk, 28, of Evans City waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 12 by Zelienople police with simple assault and harassment.

District Judge Dan George recently heard these cases filed by the Cranberry Township police department:Jeremy Leazier, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 14 with failing to register as a sex offender.Joann K. Mavilla, 50, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 23 with theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.Justin Anthony Sass, 23, of Seven Fields waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 21 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Richard Studebaker, 38, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged July 6 with writing bad checks.Nicholas Shane Pellon, 22, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 8 with criminal mischief.Lauren Elizabeth George, 18, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 14 with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
