EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:
Joseph Adam Rosenberger, 24, of Freedom waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 21 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Ryan Keith Franklin, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 27 by the state police with making a false report to police.
Jacob Ely Moyer, 21, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 9 by the state police with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and corruption of minors.
Valerie L. Thornton, 50, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Oct. 26 by Zelienople police with theft of property and access device fraud.
Howard Rhodes, 68, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 12 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Aaron Francis Watson, 19, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Oct. 7 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.
Nathan David Leasher, 24, of Evans City had his case held for court. He was charged Aug. 24 by the state police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and careless driving.
Kirk James Watson, 27, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged Sept. 16 by the state police with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
Richard Peter Ward, 46, of Gibsonia waived his case to court. He was charged Nov. 19 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Adam Peter Psensky, 28, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 24 by Jackson Township police with burglary, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
