Jerome C. Batcher, 44, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Dec. 15 by Butler Township police.
Bruce Cornetti Jr., 24, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving too fast for conditions, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property, careless driving, driving with a suspended license and without an inspection sticker, and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Dec. 16 by Butler Township police.
Charles R. Gage, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and driving too fast for conditions, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police.
Amanda L. Haskin, 19, of Butler waived to court charges of trespass, retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police.
William M. Ireland Jr., 39, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed Dec. 1 by Butler Township police. Ireland was ordered to pay $241.50 in fines and court costs.
Andrea Jay, 36, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, possession of a controlled substance and careless driving, filed Dec. 26 by Butler Township police.
Toby L. Larimore, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of bad checks and theft by deception, filed Dec. 16 by Butler Township police.
Lamar B. Rice, 31, of Duquesne, Allegheny County, was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving without a license, careless driving and driving too fast for conditions, filed Nov. 20 by Butler Township police.
Kenneth M. Roberson, 52, of Butler waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and criminal use of a communication facility, filed Dec. 23 by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, Bureau of Narcotics.
Kristin E. Tate, 27, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 1, and waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Dec. 15 by Butler Township police.
Kelli A. Verno, 29, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed Dec. 15 by Butler Township police.
Michael E. Webb, 40, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 18 by Butler Township police.
Diana Wimer, 47, of Sarver waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 8 by Butler Township police.
